Tales and Tinkers: Lost and Found in the City*

A Quarterly Book Club for Kids in Grades K-2

Join us in reading and exploring "Lost and Found in the City." Each week, we will read a portion of the book and participate in activities related to its themes and events.

About Lost and Found in the City by Cam Higgins:

In this first book of the new chapter book series from the author of Good Dog, meet Ratnip, an adorable rat who goes on adventures in the city that are equal parts sweet and icky!

Ratnip the rat lives in the City, where there’s always plenty of food to eat…if you know where to look. Dumpster diving isn’t just for finding food, though. It’s also for discovering knick-knacks and adventure! And tonight, Ratnip is on a very special mission to return the treasure to its rightful owner. But will he make it home before sunrise?

Registration is required for this event. Students must be available for all four weeks of the book club. Register in person at the library. Registration opens May 11.

Each registrant will receive a copy of the book at registration. Caregivers and students who read independently are welcome to read ahead in the story, but please bring your book to book club every week.
