A Low Sensory Hour aims to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive individuals by minimizing environmental triggers such as bright lights, and loud sounds. These modifications help to prevent cognitive overload and physical discomfort, enabling those with conditions like autism, ADHD, PTSD, or chronic migraines to navigate public spaces with ease.
