Amanda will demonstrate hands only CPR and kids will have the opportunity to practice on a CPR dummy.
This month Rockville students are participating in Finn's Mission as part of the American Heart Association Heart Challenge. One of the requirements is to learn hands only CPR, and kids are invited to do this at the library on February 4th or 11th.
Training sessions will start every 15 minutes starting at 4pm with the last session beginning at 5:30. Students will learn when CPR is used and why, see a demostration, and have the opportunity to practice hands only CPR on a first aid dummy.
Training is open to ALL students in grades K-5, regardless of where they go to school or if they are participating in Finn's mission. No registration required!
