3rd Annual Friends of The Library Fundraiser

Friends of the Louisburg Library Fundraiser and Silent Auction will be held at the Haven Event Space at 2210 W. 247th St. Louisburg, KS 66053. Doors open at 6pm on November 18th, 2025. All ages event. Lou will highlight her experience as a veteran who served in South Vietnam and her path to becoming a Parkinson's disease (PD) advocate. In 2003, she was diagnosed with Parkinson's as a result of exposure to the herbicide Agent Orange during her service. Eisenbrandt is the author of two books "Vietnam Nurse: Mending and Remembering" and "Unsteady as She Goes: Battling Parkinson's After Vietnam." Both books will be available to purchase at the event. In addition to Eisenbrandt's presentation, book signing and Q&A, Le Whisk will be catering the event with the personal charcuterie boxes. The Haven will have a cash bar for all your beverage desires.

The silent auction will have a plethora of amazing experiences, gift cards, gift baskets and more. All proceeds benefit the Louisburg Library and it's mission to provide collections, services, and programs that inform, entertain, and enrich the quality of life in our community.
